Warranty
All orders placed on this site constitute unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. It is up to each customer to read these terms and conditions before placing an order. Paintings or Porcelain reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice at any time.
1. During the warranty period, we repair or replace a defective product with a new or refurbished unit. The return must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code issued upon request and proof of purchase. Return costs in connection with the use of the commercial guarantee are the responsibility of the sender.
2. The warranty is invalid if your product has been installed incorrectly, used, disassembled or altered in any way, or if the logo, product label and / or warranty mark (bar code) has been removed or deteriorated.
3. The warranty does not apply to electronic equipment that is used or that is integrated into our products and accessories. We are not responsible for any misuse of the products.
Poor handling must be avoided.
Any violation of these precautions may void your commercial warranty from au-painting.org.com.
Returning items
1. Prior agreement and compliance with return conditions is required to return. Otherwise, any package will be rejected and returned at the sender's expense.
2. Send us an email to agree on an authorization as well as a return number without it, the return will not be accepted.
3. The delivery method for return is only returned and confirmed by our customer service. No return against refund will be accepted, otherwise the package will be denied and returned at the sender's expense.
4. The return code must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
5. A return permit is only valid for thirty (30) days (stamp). Products received after 30 days will not be accepted and returned to the customer.
6. Products must be returned 100% complete, including a copy of the invoice, all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Place the packaged product in a protective box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to insufficient packaging or lost shipments.
7. It is up to our technical services to estimate the defective nature of a returned item.
